The following text is an agreement between the game servers of PLAYPOINT.SK, located at www.csko.net (hereinafter referred to as the "Resource"), and an individual registered on the Resource as a user (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

The contract is public according to Article of the Civil Code of the Czech Republic and is equivalent to an "oral agreement" and has proper legal force.

In accordance with Article of the Civil Code of the Czech Republic, the complete and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the public contract is the fact of the User making a voluntary donation to the Resource.

All monetary funds accepted from the User in favor of the Resource are voluntary donations and are not subject to refund. Donations do not establish any legal claim to goods, services, or benefits.

As a gesture of appreciation for a donation, the Resource may, at its sole discretion, provide symbolic in-game rewards (such as VIP status) to Users who donate.

These rewards are linked to the donation amount, and Users can claim a VIP account for a specified period or lifetime based on the amount donated. The more the User donates, the greater the reward. The amounts and corresponding VIP account durations are as follows:

• Donations of $5 or more may qualify the User for a 1-month VIP account.
• Donations of $10 or more may qualify the User for a 6-month VIP account.
• Donations of $40 or more may qualify the User for a 12-month VIP account.

Please note:

• The VIP status is a symbolic in-game reward and does not equate to any physical goods or services.
• The rewards are provided at the discretion of the Resource and may change or be cancelled at any time, with no refund or guarantee.
• The donation amounts and corresponding rewards may vary at any time, and these changes will be communicated on the Resource website.
• The reward is non-transferable and non-refundable, and it cannot be exchanged for any other form of compensation.

By using the Resource, the User agrees to comply with this Offer Agreement and any additional rules provided on the Resource.

The Resource is not responsible for issues related to fund transfers, technical problems, or actions of third parties.

All in-game rewards or services linked to the User (e.g., SteamID) are non-transferable and non-refundable.

In the event of Resource termination, transfer of ownership, or technical issues, all in-game rewards or services are nullified without compensation.

By registering on this Resource, the User agrees to the storage and processing of their personal data by the Resource in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Users may request deletion of their personal data by submitting a written request to the Resource.

The Resource reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the Resource.
